锚固螺栓连接式悬挑外脚手架设计与施工技术 被引量:2

摘要 结合浙江临政储出(2017)25号地块工程,针对锚固螺栓连接式悬挑脚手架在内地使用较少,缺乏实际工程经验,无明确计算方法确定其承载力。为验证其受力安全,通过结构安全计算,分析其受力过程及简易计算方法。提出用锚固螺栓与拉杆连接的脚手架的设计过程,根据力学计算选择合适的节点连接参数,从而保证在施工过程中外脚手架和结构的安全。支撑体系为在外脚手架悬挑层使用锚固螺栓将悬挑钢梁与结构梁相连,悬挑钢梁末端使用刚性拉杆与上层结构墙、梁相连,形成稳定的刚性受力体系。同时此施工方法避免了悬挑钢梁固定在结构楼板上对结构楼板的防渗性能的影响。 In order to save steel,the Linzhengchuchu project in Zhejiang province plan to use bolted cantilever scaffold.There is no definite calculation method to determine its force bearing capacity Aiming at cantilever scaffold of bolt connection is less Used in inland for Lack of practical engineering experience.The stress process and simple calculation method,through structural safety calculation,in order to verify its bearing capacity safety.In this paper,the design process of cantilevered scaffold with bolt and tie rod is put forward,and the appropriate node connection parameters are selected according to the mechanical calculation,so as to ensure the safety of scaffolding and structure in the construction process.The support system for cantilever scaffold is using cantilever steel beam,connected with Steel rod and bolt,and then connected to the structure,form a stable rigid Support system.At the same time,this method avoids the influence of reserved bolt hole on the resistant permeation of structural floor slab.
