摘要
结合赤石特大桥箱梁结构特点,将1号梁段模板现场散拼工艺优化改进,确定了箱梁标准段模板整体吊装工艺,详细介绍了整体吊装工艺模板设计、加工、安装、拆除以及模板施工中的注意事项。此外,将模板现场散拼工艺和整体吊装工艺在进度、质量、安全等方面进行对比,为同类工程设计与施工提供了参考,同时也体现了模板整体吊装工艺的优越性。
Combining with the box girder structural characteristics of the ChiShi Bridge,the on-site assembly technology of No.1 beam formwork was optimized.The formwork integral hoisting technology of the standard section of the box girder was determined,and the design,processing,installation,dismantling and the notices of the formwork integral hoisting technology are introduced in detail.In addition,the on-site assembly technology and the integral hoisting technology are compared in the progress,quality,safety,etc.It provides reference for the design and construction of similar projects,and also reflects the superiority of the integral hoisting technology.
