对移动模架进行预压静载试验测得相应数据,结合青岛海湾大桥设计预拱度、桥梁自身的净挠度通过与移动模架弹性变形的比较计算得出施工立模预拱值,确保施工中箱梁线形符合设计要求。

Pre-ballast static load test data of movable formwork frame are obtained,and the pre-arch value of construction formwork is calculated by comparing the design pre-arch of Qingdao Bay Bridge and the net deflection of the bridge itself with the elastic deformation of movable formwork frame,so as to ensure that the alignment of box girder meets the design requirements in construction.
