曼点水库大坝混凝土碾压试验设计及应用

摘要 碾压混凝土施工过程中除控制碾压参数外还要根据混凝土拌合物性能作出合理的施工安排。混凝土碾压试验在确定碾压参数的同时也要明确混凝土层间结合、变态混凝土、温控等的施工方法及措施,在进行碾压试验时,各项施工参数相互影响,不易规划。曼点水库大坝混凝土碾压试验结合大坝构及设计要求,通过合理规划试验场地、对比碾压施工确定施工参数、根据选定的施工参数模拟大坝施工的碾压试验及过程中、达到混凝土龄期后进行相应的试验检测论证,得到了合理的施工参数,为大坝施工提供了可行方案。 In the construction of RCC,besides controlling the rolling parameters,reasonable construction arrangement should be made according to the properties of concrete mixtures.The construction methods and measures of concrete layer combination,abnormal concrete,temperature control and so on should be made clear while determining the roller compaction parameters.In the roller compaction test,the construction parameters influence each other and are not easy to plan.According to the requirement of dam structure and design,the roller compaction test of dam concrete of Mandian Reservoir is carried out by reasonable planning test site,determining construction parameters by comparison of roller compaction construction,simulating the roller compaction test of dam construction according to the selected construction parameters and carrying out corresponding test and verification in the process and after reaching the age of concrete.Construction parameters provide a feasible plan for dam construction.
