摘要 防渗漏是住宅工程的永恒课题,PC结构施工技术作为一项新型推广技术,目前防渗漏方面的技术还不够成熟,结合上海市首个预制装配式夹心保温墙体住宅项目,研究降低PC外墙拼缝渗水隐患,可以在保证施工质量的基础上,总结PC住宅结构防渗漏的成套施工技术,为项目创益增效。本文通过现状调查、原因分析,找出PC外墙拼缝渗漏隐患的关键原因,从而制定有针对性的措施,通过措施的实施及验证,取得了良好的效果。 Seepage prevention is the eternal subject of residential project,PC structure construction technology as a new technology,the technology of seepage prevention is not enough mature,combined with the first prefabricated sandwich insulation wall residential project in Shanghai,the lower PC exterior flat-fell seam ooze water hazard,can ensure the quality of construction,on the basis of summarizing the PC housing structure complete set of construction technology of seepage prevention,productive efficiency to the project.Based on the present situation investigation,cause analysis,find out the key reason PC exterior flat-fell seam leakage hidden trouble,to develop targeted measures,through the implementation and verification measures,good results have been achieved.
