Anti-corrosion Coating Maintenance Technology of Long Span Steel Box Girder in Marine Environment

在借鉴和吸收日本钢桥防腐维修经验的基础上,结合我国海洋环境的特点,针对防腐涂层粉化、脱落、生锈等不同的损伤形式,考虑构件特点设计了维修涂装体系,提出了标准化的涂装维修工艺;并从质量、安全和环保等方面明确了防腐涂装维修施工控制要领。为钢结构桥梁的运营养护与防腐维修提供参考。

Based on the experience of Japanese anti-corrosion treatment and maintenance of steel bridges,combined with the characteristics of the marine environment in China,according to the damage form of anticorrosive coating like chalking,shedding and rusting,considering the characteristics of the components,a system of maintenance and coating is designed,a standardized technology of maintenance and coating is proposed,the construction essentials of anti-corrosion coating and maintenance in the aspects of quality,safety and environmental protection are specified,which served as a reference for the operation,maintenance and corrosion prevention of steel bridges.
