摘要
转体施工具有节约施工用材、减少施工设备、施工快速安全、不影响通航通车的优点,广泛应用于桥梁建设。以虞城特大桥连续梁转体施工工程为研究对象,对该桥转体施工过程中支架的安全性进行验算分析。首先确定支架施工的设计参数及支架的布置方式,然后从现浇段支架验算、贝雷片验算、工字钢验算、桩基础验算等方面对该施工过程的安全性进行验算。计算结果表明,桩基承载力满足要求,其中10m桩长的承载力富裕量约为18m桩长的2倍,因此考虑优化10m桩长的承载力设计,以便充分利用材料性能。
The rotation construction has the advantages of saving construction materials,reducing construction equipments,fast construction and avoiding affecting the navigation and traffic,thus it was applied widely on the bridge construction.Studying on the real engineering of rotation construction of continuous girder of Yu Chen bridge,and the analysis of bracket safety checking during the rotation construction was carried out.The designing parameters and layout of the brackets were first confirmed and then the safety checking of the construction was conducted in terms of cast-in-situ brackets checking,bailey trestle checking,I-beam checking as well as pile foundation checking.The results showed that the capacity of pile foundations was meeting the demand,among which the surplus capacity of the 10-meter-long pile is 2 times that of the 18-meter-long pile,thus the capacity design of the 10-meter-long pile can be optimized to take full advantage of the material behavior.
