摘要
通过河南某项目进行研究,发现采用振动搅拌方式可以提高水泥稳定碎石均匀性,水泥利用率得到提升,同配比强度提高10%左右,变异系数减小10%以上,在一定程度上水泥剂量可减少1%,收缩裂缝间距增大1倍以上。
Based on a project in He’nan Province,it is found that vibration mixing can improve the uniformity of cement stabilized macadam,improve the utilization ratio of cement,increase the strength of the same proportion by about 10%,reduce the coefficient of variation by more than 10%,and reduce the cement dosage by 1%to a certain extent.The shrinkage crack spacing of the test section has more than doubled.
