摘要
以乳化沥青-水泥稳定碎石为研究对象,选定干密度、含水率、水泥剂量和乳化沥青掺量4因素,进行基于振动成型4因素5水平2次回归正交性试验设计,构建无侧限抗压强度与4因素关系回归方程。通过单因素敏感性分析,无侧限抗压强度随乳化沥青掺量增加而减小、随水泥剂量增加而增加。但乳化沥青掺量存在一个临界值,超过该临界值,乳化沥青掺量对无侧限抗压强度几乎无影响。同时无侧限抗压强度随干密度增大而增大、随含水率的增大先增大后减小,此结论与最佳含水率概念相契合。
Taking the emulsified asphalt cement stabilized macadam as the research object,four factors of dry density,moisture content,cement dose and emulsified asphalt content were screened,and the two regression orthogonal vibration molding test of four factors and five levels was designed,a regression equation describing the relationship between unconfined compressive strength and four factors of emulsified asphalt cement stabilized macadam was established.The single factor sensitivity analysis was carried out for the regression equation,found that the unconfined compressive strength of emulsified asphalt cement stabilized macadam decreased with the increase of emulsified asphalt content,and increased with the increase of cement dosage,however,there was a threshold value for the content of emulsified asphalt,cross the threshold value,emulsified asphalt had no effect on the strength of emulsified asphalt.Further analysis showed that the unconfined compressive strength of emulsified asphalt cement stabilized macadam increased with the increase of dry density of crushed stone,and increased with the increase of water content,then decreased,this conclusion was related to the optimal water content concept.
