摘要
为提高工程质量,加快施工进度,尽量避免施工变更,将工期成本控制在合理的范围内,对BIM技术在基坑工程中的基坑支护和土方开挖中的应用展开研究,提出一系列应用流程,并实际应用到石景山衙门口棚户区改造项目。针对项目特点,以Revit模型为基础,通过Navisworks检测锚杆碰撞冲突,BIM5D模拟土方开挖施工进度成本,提前避免锚杆30余处碰撞,提前模拟施工进程,规避风险,并解析BIM具体实施步骤。
In order to improve engineering quality,speed up construction progress and avoid construction alteration as far as possible,and to control construction time cost within a reasonable range,this paper studies two application points of BIM technology in foundation pit support and earthwork excavation,and puts forward a series of process frameworks for BIM application in foundation pit engineering.And it has been applied to the shanty town renovation project of Shijingshan Yamen.According to the characteristics of the project,based on the Revit model,the collision conflict of anchor bolts is detected by Navisworks,and BIM5 D is used to simulate the progress cost of earthwork excavation.More than 30 anchor bolt collisions were solved in advance,and the construction was simulated in advance to avoid risks.
