摘要
建筑信息模型BIM是建筑领域中革新性的信息技术,具有良好的便利性、协同性和高效性。利用其集成、共享、可视化等特性极大地方便了建筑设计和施工,降低了成本,推动了建筑行业信息化、绿色化和节能化。本文综述了BIM中关于数据利用方面的研究成果,指出了此领域研究中存在的问题和和今后研究的方向。
Building information modeling(BIM)is an innovative information technology in the field of construction with the advantages of convenience,preferable cooperativity and high efficiency.Utilizing the integration,sharing and visualization characteristics of BIM can greatly facilitate construction,debase cost,and promote energy conservation,green,and informationalization of the industry.This paper mainly summarizes the research progress of BIM in the section of data utilization and puts forward the existing issues at present and forecasts the research directions for future.
