摘要
针对当前我国建筑业越来越多的人提倡使用BIM技术进行现代化管理的问题,提出了在施工阶段采用模糊综合评判法对BIM技术的成本控制进行等级评价。结果表明,在施工阶段运用模糊综合评判法求出BIM技术在施工阶段成本控制的评价指标,并通过综合评价证实了在施工阶段使用BIM技术进行成本控制的等级水平,从而实现了BIM技术成本控制的综合评价,提高了成本控制水平,为BIM技术的发展提供了科学依据。
In view of the fact that more and more people in the construction industry in China are advocating the use of BIM technology for modern management,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the cost control of BIM technology during the construction phase.The results show that in the construction phase,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to find the evaluation index of the cost control of the BIM technology in the construction phase,and through the comprehensive evaluation,the level of the cost control using the BIM technology is confirmed during the construction phase,thus achieving the BIM technology cost control.The comprehensive evaluation raised the level of cost control and provided a scientific basis for the development of BIM technology.
