摘要 天津市津湾广场9号楼工程体量大,结构形式复杂,周边古建及地理位置加大了施工难度;介绍了BIM技术在项目实施全周期的应用,解决了多项技术难题,实现了节本创效,同时BIM技术在商务、质量、安全等方面的应用,降低了管理难度和施工风险;在施工超高层的同时,有效地保护了周边古建,从实际工程总结BIM应用经验,为今后类似工程施工累积了宝贵经验。 The 9 th building of Tianjin jinwan plaza is large,the structure is intricate,surrounding building and geographical location increased the construction difficulty,this paper introduces the application of BIM technology in the whole cycle of project implementation,solved many technical problems,and it has been effective,meanwhile.BIM technology is applied in business,quality and safety,reduces management difficulty and construction risk.At the same time,it effectively protects the surrounding ancient buildings while constructing the super high level.This paper summarizes the application experience of BIM from the actual project,and accumulates valuable experience for similar engineering construction in the future.
