摘要
机电安装施工管理繁琐,施工中常因项目各参建单位缺乏有效沟通导致专业冲突和诸多不必要的返工,给工期与成本控制造成不利影响。BIM技术以其结构可视化、信息集成化的优势可有效解决上述问题。结合具体工程,对BIM技术在机电安装工程中的应用进行介绍,包括图纸校核、深化设计、净高分析、材料管理、设备运维管理。
Construction management of electromechanical installation is cumbersome,professional conflicts and unnecessary rework,they are often caused by the lack of effective communication among the participating units in construction,it causes adversely affect to time limit and cost control.BIM technology can effectively solve the above problems with its advantages of visualization and information integration.In this paper,the application of BIM technology in electromechanical installation engineering is introduced,including drawing checking,deepening design,net height analysis,material management,equipment operation and maintenance management.
