摘要
合肥南站综合交通枢纽配套南广场工程采用BIM技术指导设备机房施工。鉴于地下室设备机房具有结构变化明显、设备安装形式复杂、管线规格众多、操作空间狭小等特点和难点,重点介绍BIM技术建模标准、管线排布原则、施工工艺流程以及过程进度质量控制等。并对复杂设备的安装次序、设备基础定位和设备管道连接技术进行研究。研究结果表明,应用BIM技术可以有效指导合肥南站南广场设备机房施工,保证机房质量。
The BIM technology is used to guide the construction of equipment room in the South Square Project of Hefei South Railway Station Integrated Transportation Hub.In view of the characteristics and difficulties of the basement equipment room,such as obvious structural changes,complex equipment installation forms,numerous pipeline specifications and narrow operation space,the BIM technical modeling standards,pipeline layout principles,construction process and process progress quality control are introduced in detail.The installation sequence of complex equipment,location of equipment foundation and equipment pipeline connection technology are also studied.The research shows that BIM technology can effectively guide the construction of equipment room in South Square of Hefei South Railway Station,ensure the high quality of equipmet room.
