摘要 贵安新区规划建筑艺术馆建设项目应用信息技术进行绿色施工管理,根据绿色施工管理"四节一环保"各项指标要求,通过应用BIM技术、智慧工地技术、VR技术等信息技术,解决场地布置、施工优化、环境与能耗监测监控的问题。对施工现场空气质量、能耗进行实时监测,监测数据自动传输至智慧工地平台,管理人员通过平台进行数据下载、分析。通过在平台上设置控制项,实现自动控制喷淋降尘系统。形成绿色施工管理识别、监测、预警、控制完善的管理体系,提升绿色施工管理成效。 The construction project of Guian New Area Planning Building Art Gallery applies information technology for green construction management,according to the requirements of'four saving and one environmental protection'of green construction management,information technologies such as BIM technology,smart site technology and VR technology are applied,to solve the problems of site layout,construction optimization,environment and energy consumption monitoring.Real-time monitoring of air quality and energy consumption at the construction site,and the monitoring data will be automatically transmitted to the smart site platform,and managers download and analyze data through the platform.By setting control items on the platform,automatic control of sprinkling and dust removal system is realized.A sound management system of green construction management recognition,monitoring,warning and control has been formed to improve the effectiveness of green construction management.
