哈尔滨万达茂为大型商业旅游综合体单体建筑,主要介绍该项目建立的依托基于云平台的BIM,从设计、施工、运维阶段进行的应用和探索。其中,设计阶段在滑雪视线、观看视线、异形雪道指导等方面进行应用,施工阶段在工序交接、巨型框架内塔式起重机布置、大型室内滑雪场内工序安排、钢构件物联、4D进度模拟、5D成本管控、结合GIS技术进行深化设计等方面进行应用,设计施工完成后将模型整体移交运维单位进行BIM运维信息建立。

Harbin Wanda Mall is a monomer building for large commercial tourism complex,This article mainly introduces the application and exploration of this project based on cloud platform BIM,from design,construction,operation and maintenance stages.Among them,the design stage is applied in skiing line of sight,watching line of sight,special snow road guidance and so on,the construction stage is applied in the aspects of process transfer,giant frame tower crane arrangement,large indoor skiing field process arrangement,steel structure part,4 D progress simulation,5 D cost control,and GIS technology for deepening design.After the design and construction is completed,transfer the model to the operation and maintenance units for BIM operation and maintenance information.
