大型城市综合体材料报审及管理

Material Submission for Approval and Management of Large Scale Mixed Use Development

材料是工程建设的基石,其品质好坏直接关系着工程的质量与安全。而材料报审则是品质把控流程中最关键的一环。特别是对于材料种类繁多的大型城市综合体,作为承包商如何在产品品质与工程效益间找到最佳平衡点就显得尤为重要。文中笔者结合工程经验,对材料报审的要点和流程进行了梳理,对其中的管理方法和重难点作了粗浅的分析。

Material is the cornerstone of engineering construction,its quality is directly related to the quality and safety of the project.And Material Submission for Approval is the most critical part of the quality control process.It is particularly important for general contractors to find the best balance between product quality and engineering benefits particularly in large scale mixed use development with a wide variety of materials.In this paper,the author have combed the main points and processes of material submission for approval,and analyzed the methods of management the emphasis and difficulties combined with the engineering experience.
