浅谈海外现场施工管理

Management of Overseas Site Construction

根据中国建筑马来西亚有限公司承建的MAYA@LIKAS项目作为论点展开论述。该项目位于马来西亚沙巴洲亚庇市,总建筑面积83 000m^2,框架剪力墙结构,由A,B,C三栋塔楼及裙楼组成,最高26层,高度为95.2m;该项目裙楼为两层车库,包含游泳池、活动中心、健身房等公共设施,共计483户,以高端住宅公寓为主,装修要求达到拎包入住的条件。该项目现场管理过程中的经验,着重介绍海外现场施工中面对的诸多问题,并根据现场实际经验提出合理创新建议。

This article is based on the MAYA@LIKAS project built by China Construction Malaysia Co.,Ltd.as an argument.The project is located in Kota Kinabalu,Sabah,Malaysia,with a total building area of 83 000 m^2,frame shear wall structure,composed of three towers and podium A,B and C,with a maximum of 95.2 m;the podium of the project is a two floor garage,including swimming pool,activity center,gymnasium and other public facilities,a total of 483 households with high-end residential apartments.Mainly,Decoration requirements have to reach the conditions of carrying bags.The experience in the field management of the project focuses on the problems faced in the overseas site construction,and the reasonable innovation suggestions are put forward according to the actual experience of the field.
