主动红外法检测保温外墙缺陷的试验与数值模拟研究 被引量:3

摘要 在现场试验的基础上,用有限元软件对外墙保温缺陷进行了数值模拟,模拟的结果和试验结果吻合良好。在此基础上,运用数值模拟研究了被动和主动加热情况下不同朝向墙体缺陷的最佳检测时间。结果表明,主动加热方法比被动方法有更强的缺陷发现能力,同时给出了主动加热时刻和加热时间的结果供检测参考。 On the basis of the field test,the finite element software was used to simulate the external wall insulation defects.The simulation results agree well with the experiment results.On this basis,the numerical simulation is used to study the optimal detection time of different wall defects under passive and active heating conditions.The results shows that the active heating method has stronger defect detection ability than the passive method,and the results of active heating time and heating time length are given for testing reference.
