摘要
针对目前消能减震技术中新兴的连梁阻尼器技术,结合郑州博物馆新馆项目实际应用阐述其特点。连梁阻尼器作为剪力墙中的可更换构件在郑州市博物馆新馆项目结构形式采用型钢(钢筋)混凝土框架+抗震墙(筒)体系,共设计10个核心筒,核心筒剪力墙为实腹钢板剪力墙。通过结构计算和深化设计,耗能连梁阻尼器技术的应用能够极大的降低结构施工风险,以较少措施费用的投入,降低施工管理过程中不可遇见的风险因素,从而达到节约施工成本,确保工程质量,确保施工安全的目的。本文结合实际对连梁阻尼器的工作状况进行研究,总结阻尼器对结构性能的影响,探索现场施工工艺,为后续联肢剪力墙结构体系的研究与工程应用提供资料和数据支撑。
Aiming at the new technology of coupling dampers in energy dissipation technology,this paper expounds the characteristics of the new museum project in Zhengzhou Museum.The new project structure of Zhengzhou Museum adopts steel(steel)concrete frame+anti-seismic wall(tube)system,and 10 core tubes are designed.The core tube shear wall is a solid steel plate shear wall.Through structural calculation and deepened design,the application of energy dissipating beam damper technology can greatly reduce the risk of construction,and reduce the risk factors that can not be met in the process of construction management,so as to achieve the purpose of saving the construction cost,ensuring the quality of the project and ensuring the safety of the construction.This project studies the working condition of the continuous beam dampers,summarizes the influence of the damper on the structural performance,and explores the field construction technology,providing data and data support for the research and engineering application of the joint shear wall structure system in the future.
