摘要
刮刀在盾构掘进时用来切削土体,并将土体刮入土仓或泥水仓中,是盾构在软土地层掘进时的主要刀具。针对超大直径泥水盾构在海域孤石地层掘进时出现螺栓损坏和刮刀掉落的问题,采用数值仿真的方法,研究了刮刀安装结构在不同工况下的受力情况,结合仿真计算结果及刮刀损坏分布情况,分析认为刀盘主梁上刮刀刀具保护块设计不合理容易导致螺栓损坏和刮刀掉落,并提出了相应的改造措施,为今后超大直径泥水盾构刀具设计提供了参考。
The scraper is used to cut the soil and scraping the soil into soil chamber or slurry chamber during the shield machine tunneling,it is the main cutting tool for the shield machine tunneling in the soft soil stratum.The scrapers’bolts was damaged that on super large diameter slurry shield machine tunneling in sea area stratum contain boulders,point at this problem,research the stress condition of scraper installation structure under different working conditions with numerical simulation.Combined with the simulation results and scrapers damage distribution,find out that it is not reasonable about the design of scrapers protection block on the main arm of cutter head,which cause bolt damage and scraper drop easily.The corresponding reform measures are put forward and provides a reference for the design of super large diameter slurry shield machine’s cutter.
