摘要
以上海虹桥商务核心区(二期)供能管沟工程为依托,通过数值模拟分析和现场监测数据分析的方法,研究?4 200mm大直径顶管下穿顶进对高架桥和雨水管的影响。研究表明,顶管下穿对桥梁的影响较小,对雨水管的影响较大。在横向上,顶管的影响程度与距离成反比,符合沉降槽理论计算规律,可以按照沉降槽理论计算和数值模拟设定保护范围,特别是顶管轴线至5D范围内应重点保护;在纵向上顶管开挖面前方至少1D~2D应提前进行检测和保护,在钢顶管后方距离开挖面超过40m(约10D)后,相邻里程地表沉降曲线逐渐靠近,地表沉降逐渐趋于稳定。
Based on Shanghai Hongqiao business core(phase ii)regional power pipeline project,through numerical simulation analysis and monitoring data analysis,the paper studied the influence of?4 200 mm large diameter pipe jacking through the viaduct and rain pipe.Researches show that Pipe jacking have less effect on the bridge,but it have a great influence on the rain pipe.The influence of pipe jacking on lateral is inversely proportional to the distance,comply with the principle of theory of settling tank.We can set the scope of protection according to theory of settling tank and numerical simulation analysis.In particular,it should focus on protection of pipe jacking axis to 5 D range.On the vertical,pipe jacking ahead at least 1 D^2 D range should be performed early detection and protection.After the pipe jacking more than 40 m(about 10 D),the surface subsidence curve of adjacent mileage gradually close,the surface subsidence gradually stabilized.
