大直径土压平衡盾构水下始发侧穿建筑物施工响应研究

摘要 文章基于广佛环线沙堤隧道始发段近距离侧穿建筑物的工程实例,利用数值模拟方法研究施作加固措施前后富水地层土压平衡盾构施工对地表沉降和建筑物变形的影响。结果表明,在施作加固结构工况下,针对旁侧建筑物施作的加固结构对双线隧道中心区域的地表沉降影响很小,而房屋基础范围内地表沉降值减小,地表沉降呈现明显的非对称性;双线盾构隧道近距离侧穿建筑物掘进施工引起房屋基础的不均匀沉降,施作合理加固结构对于减小房屋基础不均匀沉降的作用较为明显。 The effects of earth pressure balance shield construction on ground surface settlement and building deformation in water-rich stratum before and after reinforcement is studied by numerical simulation method,based on the engineering example of close-distance sideway piercing in the beginning section of the Shadi shield tunnel on Guangzhou-Foshan ring railway.The results are as follows,under the condition of reinforcement structure,the effect of the reinforcement structure on the surface settlement in the center area of the double-line tunnel is very small,while the surface settlement value decreases in the area of the building foundation,and the surface settlement presents obvious asymmetry.The uneven settlement of the building foundation caused by the tunneling of the double-line shield tunnel in the near distance through the building is obvious,and the effect of reasonable reinforcement structure is obvious to reduce the uneven settlement of building foundation.
