摘要 随着地下工程的快速发展,隧道埋深越来越大,注浆施工在保障安全的方面显得更加重要,对于注浆材料性能的研究已经成为研究热点之一。研究普通硅酸盐水泥、超细水泥、硫铝酸盐水泥、水泥-水玻璃双液浆在25~40℃的凝结(凝胶)时间、析水率、结石率、强度、扩散半径、黏度等方面的性能。结果表明:随温度升高,注浆液的凝结时间逐渐缩短、析水率逐渐减小、结石率逐渐增大;抗折和抗压强度随温度和水灰比的变化较为复杂,温度升高和降低水灰比会使浆液的扩散半径减小。 With the rapid development of underground engineering,the deeper the buried depth,the higher the temperature of the tunnel environment,the grouting construction is more important in ensuring the safety of the grouting material,grouting material used in large quantities.The research on the performance of grouting material has become one of the hot research topics.Ordinary portland cement,superfine cement and sulphoaluminate cement,cement-water glass double liquid slurry at 25 degrees to 40 degrees of condensation(gel)time,rate of condensate water,stone rate,strength,diffusion radius,viscosity are studied in this paper.Results show:With the increase of temperature,the setting time of the grouting liquid is shortened gradually,the water separation rate is gradually reduced,the stone percentage is gradually increased,the bending and compressive strength change with the temperature and the water cement ratio is more complex.This experimental data can provide reference for the selection of grouting material in practical engineering,and it has important social and economic significance and practical engineering value.
