摘要
结合苏州市城北路综合管廊工程五标元和塘段顶管工程针对大截面矩形顶管长距离顶进、下穿既有河道、等特殊顶进工况进行探讨,顺利解决了机头背土、顶进阻力大、工作井涌水涌砂、地面沉降过大等问题,并提出对出土方式、减阻技术和土体改良的技术创新。
Combined with the pipe jacking project of the Comprehensive pipe corridor project of Chengbei road in Suzhou city,this paper probes into the special jacking conditions such as the long distance of the rectangular pipe jacking with large section,crossing existing river channels and successfully solves the problems such as the huge jacking resistance,water gushing in the working well and excessive ground subsidence.The technical innovation of excavating method,anti-drag technology and soil improvement were also put forword.
