摘要
为解决刀盘设计过程中只独立考虑单一方面而影响整体掘进效率的问题,本文依托深圳梧桐山隧道工程,梧桐山隧道地质条件复杂,为适合凝灰岩和花岗岩地层的TBM掘进,对梧桐山隧道双护盾TBM的刀盘布置进行综合研究。通过对刀盘出碴槽、滚刀布置、滚刀间距等方面的研究,得出了刀盘出碴槽设计考虑排碴效率和滚刀二次磨损的设计要求,得出滚刀布置和滚刀间距应综合考虑岩石裂缝长度和破岩比能的设计思路,确定了边缘滚刀的倾角设计;总结得出在硬岩条件下TBM刀盘设计的应遵循的设计规律,为TBM刀盘设计提供参考。
In order to solve the problem that the overall driving efficiency is affected by considering only a single aspect in the design process of the cutterhead,this paper relies on the project of Shenzhen Wutongshan tunnel to carry out the comprehensive design research of the cutterhead.Due to the complex geological conditions,in order to excavate the TBM suitable for tuff and granite formations,a comprehensive study was carried out on the cutterhead arrangement of the double shield TBM of the Wutongshan Tunnel.Through the research on the the exit of the cutterhead,the arrangement of the hob,the spacing of the hob.It is concluded that the design of the cutter head out groove should comprehensively consider the efficiency of the drainage and the secondary wear of the hob.It is concluded that the design of the hob and the spacing of the hob should be considered in consideration of the design of rock crack length and rock breaking specific energy,and the inclination design of the edge hob is determined.The design rules of the TBM cutter disc design under hard rock conditions are summarized,which provides a reference for the TBM cutter disc design.
