砂卵石地层盾构穿越人工湖安全风险控制技术 被引量:3

摘要 在砂卵石地层中紧靠河湖的隧道盾构始发以及下穿是地铁施工过程中的难题。以北京地铁16号线西苑站~万泉河桥站区间为工程依托,对富水砂卵石地层盾构隧道穿越人工湖过程中的施工风险做了简要分析,重点介绍了该地层中盾构始发端头加固和掘进参数的控制技术。通过对隧道轴线位置地表监测数据的分析和反馈可知,采用该技术后盾构施工风险得到了有效的控制,可为以后类似砂卵石地层盾构穿越河湖工程的风险控制提供参考。 In sandy pebble strata,the launching and underpass of the tunnel shield close to rivers or lakes is a difficult problem in the construction of the subway.Relying on the construction of the Beijing Metro Line 16 from Xiyuan Station to Wanquanheqiao Station,this article briefly analyzes construction risks of shield tunnel crossing an artificial lake in water-rich sand-pebble strata and focuses on the control technologies of reinforcement at originating terminal and driving parameters.Through the analysis and feedback of surface monitoring data on the location of the tunnel axis,construction risks have been effectively controlled by adopting technologies.It can provide useful references for similar projects of shield tunnel crossing rivers and lakes in the future.
