摘要
以广州地铁18号线横番区间6号盾构井为工程背景,深入分析双轮铣成槽施工时槽壁塌孔的原因,包括土体性质、泥浆比重、振动液化、待灌时间和抽吸作用等。通过数值模拟分析土体性质对塌孔的影响,利用理论推导研究泥浆比重和抽吸作用对塌孔的作用机理。针对不同塌孔原因提出相应的措施。
based on the No 6#shield well in the transverse section of Guangzhou Metro Line 18,the causes of the collapse in the trench face during the trench construction using the double wheel cutter was researched in this paper,which has included of soil properties,slurry gravity,vibration liquefaction,waiting time for grouting and suction role.The influence of soil properties on collapse was analyzed using numerical simulation method and the mechanization of slurry gravity and suction role on collapse were researched.According to different reasons of collapse,appropriate measures were shown,which could be used for reference in the similar engineering of collapse in granite residual layer using double wheels trench cutter.
