城市化是世界各国共同的发展趋势,地铁作为当今时代最便捷、低碳环保的交通工具,能够扩展城市布局和疏散人口,解决日益恶化的城市交通,促进经济发展和社会和谐,是一项关系到民生的重大市政工程。在地铁车辆段工程的设计建设中,既要满足使用功能又要综合考虑工程造价,工程造价随着阶段变化具有动态性,需要有效的全过程造价管理。本文就分析探讨地铁车辆段工程造价管理的关键因素及管理措施。

Urbanization is the common development trend of all countries in the world.As the most convenient and low-carbon environment-friendly transportation tool in the present era,metro can expand the urban layout and evacuate the population,solve the deteriorating urban traffic,promote economic development and social harmony,and is a major municipal engineering related to people’s livelihood.In the design and construction of the metro depot project,both the use function and the cost of the project should be considered comprehensively.The cost of the project changes dynamically with the stages and requires effective cost management in the whole process.This paper analyses and discusses the key factors and management measures of project cost management of metro depot.
