摘要 江汉六桥汉阳岸接线L2联主线桥为大跨度变高截面连续钢箱梁,采用工字型调平梁临时措施调平底板曲线线型,满足设备连续顶推施工的施工工艺。结合本项目钢结构自身结构特点,重点阐述了该结构的安装方案,包括调平梁工装临时措施的安装、应用及模拟分析。实践证明该技术实施效果良好,其应用有效保证了钢箱梁结构安装工程的施工进度、质量及安全。 The L2 main bridge line of Jianghan No.6 Bridge is continuous steel box girder with large span and mutative height.The temporary measure of leveling beam is adopted to adjust the curve line of bottom plate,this method meets the continuous pushing construction technology.This paper combines the structural characteristics of the steel structure of this project,emphatically describes the installation scheme of the structure,includes the installation,application and simulation analysis of the temporary measures of leveling beam.Practice has proved that the technology is effective in practice,and its application effectively ensures the construction schedule,quality and safety of the steel box girder structure installation project.
