高耸联体筒仓仓顶结构采用张弦梁式钢平台作为仓顶结构脚手架搭设平台,进行仓顶结构施工时,利用滑模平台避免了二次搭设平台。相比高支模施工方法,可以大大减少钢管用量,节约工期,减少劳动力用量且安全系数高。加固后的平台属于辐射式张弦梁结,受力发挥拉杆强抗拉性能,改善整体结构受力性能,使压弯构件和抗拉构件取长补短,协同工作,达到自平衡,充分发挥了每种结构材料的作用,组成受力良好的钢结构平台。

The beam string steel platform is used as the scaffolding platform for the top structure of the high-rise combined silo,and the sliding form platform is used to avoid the second platform.At the same time,compared with the construction method of high formwork support,the steel pipe consumption can be greatly reduced,the construction period can be saved,the labor consumption can be reduced and the safety factor is high.The strengthened platform belongs to the radiation beam-string connection,which exerts the tensile strength of the tie rod,improves the mechanical performance of the whole structure,makes the compression-bending member and the tension member learn from each other’s strengths and complement each other’s weaknesses,cooperates to achieve self-balance,fully exerts the function of each structural material,and forms a steel structure platform with good stress balance.
