结合某行政办公楼工程应用,根据结构装饰保温一体化外墙板的结构特点,详细介绍ECP装饰面外叶墙吊装方式、内外叶墙柔性连接形式及吊装预埋件等工艺流程和质量控制要点,并针对施工过程中可能存在的问题提出解决方案。探讨ECP外墙板在预制装配式建筑中的应用,创新采用柔性连接形式固定ECP外墙板,使装配式墙板外围护体系同时具备保温、装饰、优良的抗风及抗震等性能,且能高效进行组装。

Combining with the engineering application of an administrative office building,from the structural features of the integrated exterior wall of the structural decoration and heat preservation,the process flow and quality control points for the hoisting mode of the outer leaf wall of the ECP decorative surface,the flexible connection mode of the inner and outer walls and the hoisting pre-embedded parts are introduced in detail,and the solutions to the possible problems in the construction process are put forward.This paper mainly introduces the application of ECP exterior wall plate in prefabricated building,innovating the flexible connection form to fix ECP exterior wall plate,so that the outer enclosure system of the assembly wall panel has the performance of heat preservation,decoration,excellent wind resistance and earthquake resistance,and can be assembled efficiently.
