Transportation and Installation Method of 50m Assembled Small Box Girder of Jinghe Bridge

根据西咸新区泾河新城县东路泾河特大桥桥型布置和梁板特点进行了分析和提出技术措施,设计研究了架桥机纵行桁车悬臂起吊装置,自行运送、调平前支腿横移轨道,解决了架桥机在不利地形条件下无法利用汽车式起重机配合过孔的技术难题,保证了50m装配式小箱梁运输安装的正常施工,希望对今后类似工程施工有一定的参考价值。

According to the characteristics of bridge type layout and girder plate of jinghe extra large bridge in east road of Jinghe Xincheng County,technical measures are put forward,the cantilever lifting device of vertical truss truck of bridge erecting machine is designed and studied.It solves the technical problem that the bridge erector cannot use the truck crane to fit through the hole under adverse terrain conditions.In order to ensure the normal construction of 50 m assembled small box girder transportation and installation.
