摘要
结合大连某超高层公建项目多层钢连体结构高空整体提升工况,采取软件仿真模拟提升技术,提前分析连体结构提升施工过程中A,B塔楼结构应力与变形、临时提升结构及提升连体结构应力与变形等,便于了解钢连体结构和其它受力构件在提升过程中具体应力、应变,并针对不利情况提前采取措施,为现场实际提升提供了有利保障。
Combined with the overall hoisting condition of multi-layer steel conjoined structure in the upper air of a super high-rise public construction project in Dalian,software simulation is adopted to simulate hoisting technology.The structural stress and deformation of tower A and tower B are analyzed in advance during the lifting construction of the conjoined structure,as well as the stress and deformation of the temporary lifting structure and the lifting conjoined structure,etc.It is convenient to know the specific stress and strain of steel conjoined structure and other stressed members in the lifting process,and take measures in advance according to the adverse situation,providing a favorable guarantee for the actual lifting on site.
