Construction Method for Replacement of Rotary Bearing of Stacker-reclaimer-slip Replacement

本施工方法利用了回转体整体顶升回转轴承滑移更换的施工方法更换堆取料机回转轴承。该方法充分利用制作安装的工装和四台200t液压千斤顶将回转体整体顶升100mm,水平滑移更换回转轴承。本方法比传统的施工方法更更省时、更经济、占用场地更小。

This construction method uses the sliding replacement method of integral lifting rotary bearing of rotary body to replace the rotary bearing of stacker-reclaimer.This method makes full use of the tooling and four 200 t hydraulic jacks to lift the whole body of revolution by 100 mm and replace the rotary bearing by horizontal slip.Compared with the traditional construction method,this method is more time-saving,more economical and occupies less space.
