The layout of tower crane has great influence on the efficient and fast operation of the whole project.Various factors need to be considered,however,in reality,due to insufficient consideration,there are defects in the use process and potential safety hazards.This paper summarizes the main factors to be considered in the process of tower crane layout and puts forward corresponding solutions for similar projects.
