摘要
靖江文化中心项目总建筑面积15. 6万m2,为超大型市民文化活动综合体。地下复杂型钢混凝土结构、巨型核心筒是深化设计的重点、难点。结合工程实践,重点从截面构造优化、复杂型钢混凝土节点深化原则、核心筒内立体钢桁架深化方法等方面,阐述复杂劲性结构深化设计技术。通过精心策划并结合三维深化手段,有效降低工厂制作和现场施工难度,保障现场节点钢筋穿插安装,为该工程的顺利实施奠定了基础。
Jingjiang Cultural Center project has a total construction area of 156 000 m2,which is a comprehensive cultural activity complex for the super citizens. Underground complex steel reinforced concrete structure and huge core tube are important and difficult points for detailed design. Combined with engineering practice,this paper mainly expounds the detailed design technology of complex reinforced structure from aspects of section structure optimization,detailed principle of complex steel reinforced concrete joints,detailed method of three-dimensional steel truss in core tube. Through careful planning and three-dimensional deepening means,the difficulty of factory production and site construction is effectively reduced,and the steel bar insertion and installation of site nodes are guaranteed,which lays a foundation for the smooth implementation of the project.
