摘要
为提高建筑结构运维安全管理能力,减少运维安全事故发生,在分析我国建筑结构运维安全管理中存在问题的基础上,结合BIM技术与网格化管理理论,构建基于BIM技术的建筑结构运维安全网格化管理体系。该体系包括建筑结构BIM模型、建筑结构风险感知点和运维安全网格化管理平台3部分,其中建筑结构风险感知点用于监测建筑物的安全状态,并通过管理平台与BIM模型相关联,从而实现模型与实体一体化的新型安全管理模式。
In order to improve the safety management ability of building structure operation and maintenance and reduce the occurrence of operation and maintenance security accidents,this paper combines BIM and grid management theory to construct a BIM-based security management system for building structure maintenance on the basis of analysis of the problems existing in the security management of building structure operation and maintenance in China. The system includes three parts:BIM model,sensing point,operation and maintenance security grid management platform. The sensing point is used to monitor the security status of the building and is associated with the BIM model through the management platform to realize the integration of BIM model and building entity.
