浆锚连接装配式剪力墙拼缝水平相对滑移影响规律 被引量:4

摘要 由于装配式剪力墙力学性能受预制拼缝位移的影响,以浆锚连接装配式剪力墙为研究对象,对拼缝水平相对滑移影响规律展开研究。通过对1∶2缩尺比例的装配式剪力墙模型进行低周反复加载试验,测试得到各墙肢拼缝水平相对滑移量。通过对比拼缝水平相对滑移量、墙肢开裂和破坏形态及荷载-位移曲线等试验现象和测试数据,分析拼缝水平相对滑移量对装配式剪力墙力学性能的影响。最后通过分析钢筋销键剪切应力与拼缝位移的关系,对纵向连接钢筋销键剪切应力取值和影响因素进行总结。研究结果表明,装配式拼缝水平相对滑移量直接对纵向连接钢筋产生销键剪切作用,从而降低装配式剪力墙构件与底座间的内力传递,进而影响装配式构件塑性发展和抗震性能;纵向连接钢筋销键剪切应力在拼缝受压区最大,其值可按von mises强度理论进行选取。 Because of the influence from joint interface slip onto prefabricated shear wall mechanical properties,this study selected the grouted connecting prefabricated shear wall and researched the influence principles from the joint interface displacement onto the mechanical performance. Through the low cycle loading test of the 1 ∶2 scale prefabricated shear wall special structure model,the joint interface slips of all the shear walls were measured. By comparing the joint interface slips with experimental data and phenomenon of shear wall crack distribution,shear wall failure mode and load-displace curves,the influence of the joint interface slips on the mechanical properties of prefabricated shear wall are analyzed.Finally,by analyzing the relationship between the dowel shear stress on connecting steel bar and the joint interface slip,the reasonable value and influencing factors of the dowel shear stress on connecting steel bar were studied. The results indicate that the joint interface slip will directly leading dowel shear stresson vertical connecting steel bar,thusly will reduce the internal force transfer between the prefabricated shear wall and the base and then reduce the plastic development and the seismic performance. The maximum dowel shear stress on longitudinal connecting steel bar will occurred in the compression zone of the joint and the value can be determined according to the von mises strength theory.
