摘要 以某车辐式索桁架屋盖结构缩尺模型为研究对象,对拉索索头与环梁耳板进行数字模拟预拼装研究。基于BIM技术进行结构设计,建立结构成型态三维理论模型。利用三维激光扫描技术扫描自然状态拉索,得到拉索实测模型。针对柔性拉索几何非线性程度高、成型后具有预应力的特点,提出柔性拉索数字模型修正方法。选取构件特征拟合点,通过坐标转换进行数字模拟预拼装,并将错边结果辅以有限元修正,误差引起的索力变化约为5%。对缩尺模型进行实际张拉成型试验,对比数字模拟预拼装与试验结果,验证数字模拟预拼装的可靠性。 Taking the scale model of a spoke cable-truss roof structure as the research object,research on the digital simulation pre-assembly technology of the cables head and ear plates. The structural design is based on BIM technology, and a three-dimensional theoretical model is established. The three-dimensional laser scanning technology is used to scan the natural state cables to obtain the measured model. Aiming at the high degree of geometric nonlinearity of the flexible cables and characteristics of prestress,a digital model correction method for flexible cables is proposed. The feature fitting points are selected,and the digital simulation pre-assembly is performed by coordinate transformation,and the alternate edge result is supplemented by finite element method,and the cable force error is about 5%.The actual tensile test is carried out on the scale model,and the simulation results and test results are compared to verify the reliability.
