摘要 长期以来传统土建行业钢筋工程作业由于缺少先进的技术手段,作业效率低、发展水平有限。随着BIM技术及相关信息技术的发展应用,提出一种基于BIM技术的钢筋集约化加工作业方式,基于智能化BIM翻样技术实现集约化数控加工、信息化高效管控等系列成果创新。实践证明能有效提高作业效率、降低钢筋损耗,经济和社会效益显著,为实现钢筋工程数字化建造方式变革及土建专业产业化转型发展奠定基础。 Because of the lack of advanced technical means,the operation efficiency of traditional civil engineering reinforcement engineering is low and the development level is limited for a long time.With the application and development of BIM technology and related information technology,a new idea of steel bar intensive processing based on BIM technology is put forward.Through a series of technological innovations,such as intelligent BIM reinforced lofting,intensive NC machining,information efficient management and control,the practice of engineering application has proved that the work can be effectively improved and steel loss is reduced with significant economic and social benefits,laying foundation for digital construction of reinforcement engineering and civil engineering professional transformation and development of industrialization.
