摘要
以郑州地铁某盾构区间工程为背景,针对盾构隧道通用管片建模精细化程度低且施工选点困难等问题,应用BIM技术对通用管片精细化建模及点位控制进行研究。绘制三维隧道设计轴线(DTA),建立参数化双面楔形通用管片模型,通过设置参数关联自适应管片模型,实现对通用管片封顶块点位的控制,并参照DTA建立通用管片错缝拼装隧道模型。研究结果表明,先整体后局部的建模方法可以实现通用管片快速、准确建模,建立公式关联参数可以实现对管片模型拼装点位的控制,结合工况建立隧道模型指导管片施工。
Taking a subway project in Zhengzhou as the background,aiming at the problems of layout design and poor model precision,BIM technology is used to realize fine modeling and position control.Drawing the designed tunnel axis(DTA)first,and then build the parameterized general segment model.Realizing the control of top block point position by setting parameter to correlate self-adaption model,the staggered segment model of general segment is built by referring to DTA.The results show that fine modeling of general segment is convenient by method of whole ring first and then its details.The segment can rotate to the target point position by parameter control,combined with the construction condition,using the tunnel model to guide segment assembly.
