摘要
高模量改性剂能显著提高沥青混合料的高温稳定性、油蚀抗剥落性,延长其疲劳寿命,且干拌直投的生产工艺简便,逐渐开始应用于沥青路面。系统试验了不同掺量下高模量改性沥青混合料的路用性能,并与常用SBS改性沥青混合料性能进行对比,在提高高温稳定性为主兼顾低温性能原则下,确定高模量改性剂合理掺量为0. 5%~0. 6%,典型掺量为0. 6%。
High-modulus modifier can significantly improve the anti-stripping performance of oil corrosion performance,high-temperature stability of asphalt mixture and prolong the fatigue life.The production process is simple for directly dry mix.The madifier is began to be used in asphalt pavement.The different amount of high-modulus modified asphalt mixture performance are tested and the performance of asphalt mixtures is compared with the commonly used SBS,the high temperature stability and low temperature performance both under the principle of high modulus modifier to determine reasonable dosage range from0.5%to 0.6%,the typical dosage is 0.6%.
