摘要
广州地铁某融资项目基坑开挖深度大,周边环境十分复杂,保护要求严格,且存在溶(土)洞等不良地质情况,对基坑支护及主体结构基础设计非常不利。针对具体情况,设计采用了地下连续墙的支护结构及独立基础+防水板的基础形式,施工采用了袖阀管注浆技术对溶(土)洞及地铁站房临近基坑侧桩基础进行处理,有效保证了基坑围护及主体结构的顺利实施,保证了周边环境安全。实践证明本地下工程采用的设计方案与施工技术是行之有效的。
Considering the large depth of foundation excavation,complicated surrounding environments,strict protection requirements,and the existing dissolving(soil)hole and other bad geological conditions,it was very unfavorable to the foundation excavation support and the design of the main structure foundation in a financing project of Guangzhou Metro.In view of the specific conditions,the supporting structure of the diaphragm wall and the foundation of the independent foundation and waterproof board were adopted in the design.The construction of the sleeve valve tube grouting technique was used to deal with dissolve(soil)hole and the pile foundation of the subway station near the side of the foundation excavation.It effectively ensures the smooth implementation of foundation excavation enclosure structure and main structure,and protects the surrounding environment safety.Practice has proved that the design and construction technology adopted in the local works is effective.
