城市地下综合管廊工程基于BIM技术的协同管理平台开发与应用 被引量:10

摘要 传统图纸、文字等二维信息传输与交流模式下存在多专业设计对象容易冲突、复杂节点表达困难、工程信息难以实时获取等问题。为此,探索借助平台化管理的新型多端口方式,借助Unity3D软件开发基于BIM技术的城市地下综合管廊协同管理程序平台,将管廊结构及其管线等Revit模型发布至PC、网页、手机等端口,实现复杂工程三维模型轻量化表达并集成与设计阶段严格一致的各部件属性信息,有利于施工过程中各部门实时、快捷、高效开展协同管理。 There are many problems including the conflict of multiple professional design objects,the difficulty in expressing complex nodes,and difficulties in obtaining engineering information in the twodimensional information transmission through traditional way of design.To face with these problems,a new multiport mode with platform management will be formed,as well a collaborative management program platform for Urban underground integrated corridors based on BIM technology with Unity3 d Software will be developed,and some Revit models such as the structure and pipelines of the corridor to PCs,web pages,mobile phones and other ports will be established.It is a great advantage to realize the complex engineering three-dimensional model in lightweight expression,and to integrate the component attribute information strictly accordant in design phase,which is beneficial to the coordinated management of each department in the construction process.
