摘要
根据3D建筑打印技术、BIM技术、智能化升降爬架等新兴技术,结合我国建筑发展的需要,提出基于BIM技术的智能化混凝土浇筑工法概念。对智能化混凝土浇筑设备进行智能化的技术集成,该集成系统由智能化操控系统、控制系统、运动系统、挤出系统等模块组成,分析了各系统模块组成和功能,并展开智能化混凝土浇筑工法的关键技术分析。
According to the new technology of 3 D building printing technology,BIM technology,intelligent lifting and climbing frame,combined with the need of building development in our country,the concept of intelligent concrete pouring work method based on BIM technology is put forward,and the intelligent concrete pouring equipment is integrated with intelligent technology.The integrated system is composed of intelligent control system,control system,motion system,extrusion system,and the specific technical parameters of each system module are given,and the key technology analysis of the intelligent concrete pouring work method is carried out.
