摘要
同侧非耦合超声法所用设备的显示装置、主机、探头采用一体化设计,操作简单快速。探头圆柱段直径15mm、接触端头直径3mm,2个探头间的距离为150mm; 2个探头位于同侧,可在预制剪力墙底部接缝同侧进行测量;探头采用非耦合技术,检测时无需使用耦合剂。参照CECS 21:2000《超声法检测混凝土缺陷技术规程》可对检测结果进行分析,判断缺陷位置,并可通过钻孔后使用内窥镜进行校核。
The display device,mainframe and probes of the equipment used in the same side uncoupled ultrasonic method adopt integrated design,and the operation is simple and fast.The probe has a cylindrical section diameter of 15 mm,a contact end diameter of 3 mm and a spacing distance of 150 mm.The two probes are located on the same side and can be measured on the same side of the bottom joint of precast shear walls.The probes adopt the uncoupled technique,and the coupling agent is not needed.Based on Technical specification for inspection of concrete defects by ultrasonic method CECS 21:2000,this paper analyzes testing results and determine defect locations,and if there is a doubt,it can be further checked by endoscope after hole-drilling.
