摘要
基于钢筋套筒灌浆连接技术相关原理,结合实际工程经验,研发500MPa级Φ36,Φ40钢筋套筒全灌浆接头。设计500MPa级Φ36,Φ40全灌浆套筒,并制作500MPa级Φ40钢筋套筒灌浆接头试件,进行灌浆接头单向拉伸试验。研究结果表明,本设计中全灌浆套筒受力更合理、生产效果更高,且节能环保;接头试件单向拉伸性能满足相关规范要求。研究成果可应用于我国装配式混凝土结构相邻预制构件的钢筋连接。
Based on the relevant principles of steel sleeve grouting connection technology,combined with practical engineering experience,the grade 500 MPa and diameter of 36,40 mm steel sleeve full grouting joint is developed.This paper designs grade 500 MPa and diameter of 36,40 mm full grouting sleeve,and makes grade 500 MPa and diameter of 40 mm steel sleeve grouting joint,carries out uniaxial tensile test of grouting joint.The research results show that,the full grouting sleeve is more reasonable in force,the production effect is higher,and the energy saving and environmental protection.The uniaxial tensile performance of the joint test pieces meets the relevant specifications.The research results can be applied to the steel connection of adjacent prefabricated components of fabricated concrete structures in China.
