摘要
针对盾构隧道设计中因弯矩传递系数使用不当而造成的管片裂缝、管片错台、渗漏水等灾害现象,为实现结构设计阶段对灾害的主动控制,利用有限元软件ABAQUS建立均质圆环模型及梁-弹簧模型,研究错缝拼装盾构隧道在软土地区中隧道埋深、基床系数及接头相对刚度对弯矩传递系数的影响。通过分析数值模拟计算结果得到各因素对弯矩传递系数的影响规律与作用机理,提出弯矩传递系数的拟合计算公式,为软土地区盾构隧道结构防灾设计参数的确定提供依据。
In view of the disasters such as segment cracks,segment staggered platforms and leakage caused by improper use of bending moment transfer coefficient in shield tunnel design,in order to realize the active control of disasters in structural design stage,the homogeneous ring model and beam-spring model are established by using finite element software ABAQUS.The influence of tunnel depth,coefficient of subgrade reaction and relative stiffness of joint on bending moment transfer coefficient of staggered joint shield tunnels in soft soil area is studied.Through the analysis of numerical simulation results,the influence rules and mechanism of each factor on moment transfer coefficient are obtained,and the fitting calculation formula of bending moment transfer coefficient is put forward,which provides a basis for determining parameters in the disaster prevention design of shield tunnel structure in soft soil area.
